Edit Shop (“we”, “us”), operated by Ashley Robertson LLC, helps Instagram creators automate replies to comments and present shoppable links. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email and profile details from your Edit Shop sign-in.
• Instagram data — when you connect your Instagram professional account, we access your basic profile, your media (posts and reels), comments on your media, and the ability to send messages on your behalf, using Instagram’s official APIs and only with your authorization.
• Automation and link data — the trigger keywords, messages, and links you configure, and click events on links we route.

How we use information

• To deliver automated replies to comments you configure.
• To present and route your links and shopper destinations.
• To show you analytics about clicks and engagement.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, database, authentication) and as required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time, which revokes our access. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Meta Platform data

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms, including limitations on use and storage of platform data.
